Eva Tang

Eva G. Tang is Senior Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Corporate Secretary of American States Water Company, a role she has held since November 2008. She is also Senior Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary for the company’s first-tier subsidiaries, Golden State Water Company and American States Utility Services, Inc. and its subsidiaries.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Tang held the position as Director of Budget and Planning at OroAmerica Company in Burbank, California,

the largest publicly traded manufacturer and distributor of gold and silver jewelry in the United States at the time.

She is a member of the board of directors for the National Utilities Diversity Council, an organization which conducts research to educate, develop best practices, and guide efforts to promote diversity in the utility industry.
